Individual wellness coaching can still create positive changes in your relationship. Often, when one partner begins growing and feeling better, it inspires the other to join. We can discuss the best approach during your consultation.

Do I need to have a specific fitness level to qualify?

Absolutely not! I work with couples at all fitness levels and body types. My approach is body-positive and focused on finding joyful movement that works for you—not pushing you into grueling workouts you hate.

How long will it take us to see results?

Most couples notice improvements in energy, mood, and connection within 4-6 weeks. Sustainable wellness habits typically take 12-16 weeks to establish. However, every couple is unique, and results depend on your commitment and consistency.

What if we have totally different fitness levels or dietary preferences?

That's completely normal! I specialize in creating personalized plans that honor your Bio-Individuality—meaning I'll design a wellness plan that works for both of you, even if you have different needs, preferences, or fitness levels.

Is partner wellness coaching covered by insurance?

As a certified coach (not a licensed therapist), sessions are typically not covered by insurance. However, coaching offers flexibility, privacy, and a holistic approach that many clients prefer. I offer payment plans for coaching packages.

What's the difference between wellness coaching and personal training?

Wellness coaching is holistic and addresses your physical, emotional, and relational well-being—not just fitness. While I provide personalized fitness and nutrition guidance, I also integrate relationship coaching tools to strengthen your emotional connection and communication.
